Prongs depth and width design make it more
appropriate to apply in limited approaches
posterior spinal surgeries, for example,
Laminotomy, Fenestration, Hemi / Laminectomy...
etc, in single / limited levels utilizing small skin incision
and short segment muscle retraction.
-Always strict perpendicular direction of prongs to muscle fibers, allows proper,
adequate and perfect muscle retraction, exploring clear surgical field.
-Eliminating undesired upward projection of shafts, handles or arms.
-Moving handles from wound end to the opposite
one without removing and re-application.
-Could be used in smaller incisions comparing
to single hinged arms types.
